Bombs don’t matter to cops

Call it laxity or overconfidence, the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India have their own way of handling ammunition. Last February, they seized two hand-grenades from terrorists and stored them in the armory without defusing them. The cops believe that the grenades will not explode. However, senior police officers have called it an act of negligence.
